Reservations

We do require reservations, and suggest that you call as far ahead as possible, particularly during holiday periods. Most of the year, we can accommodate your cat on short notice, just give us a call and we will prepare a room. We do require a $50.00 deposit to confirm reservations over the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. We advise our customers to reserve for this period as early as possible. Availability is limited and based on a first come, first serve policy.

If your cat has special requirements, for example a geriatric room with low shelves, it is possible that we can accommodate their needs. Please mention these needs when calling for reservations.

Immunizations

At present, we require proof of current immunization against rabies and distemper (FVRCP). We do not require immunization against feline lukemia, although we highly reccommend it.

Medications

Should your cat require the administering of medications, please be sure to let us know when you are making your reservation. We do charge a nominal fee for this service, and require written instructions from your vet identifying the medication along with a statement of the condition. Sorry, we can not accept any cats which are deemed to be contagious.

What to bring

  1. Shot records: Distemper combination (FVRCP) and current rabies.
  2. Special dry or canned food and/or treats.
  3. Clean bedding. Towels are perfect.

We furnish our rooms with litter boxes and litter and we provide food and water dishes. We supply Purina Cat Chow (dry). You will need to bring any dry, canned or special foods or treats you want your cats to have.

If you transport your kitty in a pet taxy or carrying case, we ask that you leave it with us in your kitty's room. This provides a quiet, private space for your pet.

Questions?

Please feel free to give us a call if you have any additional questions. If you would like to stop by and check out our facility we would be happy to show you around. We are available seven days a week for our customer's convenience.

We have arrangements with a local veterinarian who is on 24-hour call. You may alternately specify a preference for consultation with your regular vet should a problem or question arise.

We will ask you at check-in for the approximate date you will be checking your cat out. This allows us to plan for upcoming reservations. if you are delayed more than 24 hours, we would appreciate a call so we can adjust our plans accordingly. We do require a deposit for new customers and those anticipating an extended stay.
